The Quality System Intern will support HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) operational activities at PT Bintang Toedjoe, including monitoring workplace safety program implementation, recapping HSE patrol activities, and supporting proper HSE system implementation. This position is suitable for students who are interested in workplace safety, environmental management, and quality systems.
Requirements:
- Active university student in semester 5–8.
- Major in Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Interested in HSE and quality system fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic design and video editing skills will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily HSE operational activities.
- Monitor the implementation of workplace safety programs.
- Assist in recapping HSE patrol data.
- Support proper implementation of HSE procedures and systems.
- Assist in creating workplace safety campaign materials.
- Coordinate with related teams to support HSE programs.
